Steps to purchasing your new home.

I will be listening to your needs, answer your questions and build you with an action plan and lead you to a team of top experts who can assist you with making great choices. Not all lenders are alike and let's build a strategy to make this a positive experience for you!
  • BUYER CONSULTATION. We chat, we meet, we build the steps of purchasing, answering questions and guiding you towards the future purchase. I have the knowledge and confidence that you will discover and feel comfortable working with. Send me an email, text or call and let's book some time together.
  • LENDER FOR FINANCING. Yes, back to item one but now your ready to meet with one. SHOPPING. We make an action plan, we review the wants, needs, purchase price, location, and more. This could be the biggest purchase you ever make, and I want to make it the best! When it comes to Edmonton and surrounding communities, ask me anything about them. I know them all and will be able to answer all your questions and of course guide you.
  • NEGOTIATIONS. I know how to win and know how to create a smooth purchase process that works.
