- CMA. This is your Comparable Market Analysis that will give you a realistic list price for your home.
A home is only
worth how much someone is willing to pay for it and is only worth what a lender will lend on it. Pricing is
everything!
This report also will showcase the competition that is currently on the market. This is also important for
the sale of
your property as the buyer's will be looking at your home as well as the competition.

PRE-WORK. Paperwork and the pre-listing items are very important to ensure that your transaction is
smooth. This is
ensuring the home is photo-ready, clean, and more.

- LISTING GOES LIVE. When your home goes live, please remember to be flexible and ready for showings on

where the buyer can walk through the home before stepping foot on the property.
- MEASUREMENTS. As per the legislated RMS Standards, each property will be professionally measured.
- MARKETING I ensure that all my listings receive plenty of social media (Facebook, Facebook marketplace, Instagram) plus
RE/MAX has exclusive plugs on Kijiji. There is also additional marketing that is completed for certain
